A good product; Strong suction

It's hard to find a table knife that is suction resistant, this one really works. I also rated the metric fries sizes (8mm, 10mm, 12mm) which I think are better than the US fries equivalents. The assembly is not difficult at all, you just have to screw the handle to the base. Changing the blade takes a few minutes. The only problem is that there is one screw that is really difficult to access unless you have a special screwdriver - I was able to do it, but that's a design issue. Overall a great product.
