In general, my daughter and I liked this set, but it had several disadvantages.1. Some add-ons were packaged as if they contained almost nothing. (Mostly sugar paper and some styrofoam balls)2. The borax solution acted strangely with every batch we made and I had to throw out the first batch because it was too sticky and watery (we followed the recipe book). I also had to do it with baking soda. Once I did that the slime mixture was much better, but to be honest the slime I made with the contact solution was of a better consistency than just using the provided borax solution. Those things aside, this set was fantastic, my daughter loves it! Came with a cute little keychain that she loves and the pink box was awesome and easy to store. I'm not entirely sure if it's worth $30, but it was still nice to have slime and be able to make slime with my little one. We bought two of these sets, one for me and my daughter and one as a gift for a little girl and she loved it too! So this is a great gift.
