I like that they are able to do so much for you, from lead generation through follow up after sale! It's great having someone who is in charge of your account 24/7- 365 days per year available if there ever needs something done or any questions answered quickly as well!! They can't always get back with me right away when needed but it doesn’t take long before their answer comes my way via email. Honestly have not had an issue yet. ! I like how easy it is to use, also there are many modules that can be used in various ways by different people at my organization! For example one user likes using some of them for their own personal learning while other users might want more hands-on interactive ones (like live sessions). We have been able implement quite easily into our operations with minimal efforts from IT department as well which has helped us save time & money too!!
