Pleasantly surprised! This check takes place approx. 1 week after delivery. My iPad Pro 9.7 (2017) arrived in a plain brown box with a charging cable and a Samsung fast charging socket (as expected). The tablet looks pristine (not a single scratch or scuff). It achieves 100% battery on each charge and appears to hold a charge for the model's expected duration. The screen is touch and stylus responsive, and I had no trouble pairing with Airpods or other Bluetooth devices. The sound quality is good. I haven't had a chance to test the iPad's cellular component yet. However, the seller kindly provided materials (a SIM card) from a company that offers a free data trial for my iPad! I really appreciate the seller including this and being able to test cellular data without adding to my data plan. I'm new to Apple and I'm still discovering everything this iPad Pro has to offer. So if I later discover a notable error, I'll revise my review. As for the seller, I must say that he provided me with exactly what I asked for and paid for. Since I haven't had any issues, I really can't speak to customer service or warranty issues right now. I hope that if I need to, I can get the promised benefits of purchasing the iPad. I could never afford this item as a new purchase, so Refurbished, Refurbished, Refurbished is a great option for a great bargain! What can be difficult is finding a reputable seller and I think I have (yay)! I will definitely be buying from (and recommending) this seller for my future upgraded electronics needs!
