This is a good heavy duty frying pan. I really like it so far and it cleans up easily with water and a spatula scraper. A Few Tips Just clean it up as soon as you take the food out (I only used water when the grill is hot), also put wet paper towels in the grease chute and just scoop the grease onto the paper towels then discard. . So easy and doesn't make a greasy mess when you make it this way. I also added handles to my skillet. I bought some stainless steel grips from Lowe's and screwed them onto the stainless steel. Stainless steel is very hard and thick, you can use multiple drill bits to drill these holes or you can weld them on. I don't know why they would charge twice as much for a pan with handles, just buy handles and screw them on.
