A really necessary purchase, I'm glad I found this product.
Ease of use with a good result captivates: I have only been using it for a couple of weeks: for 5-10 minutes and an average kill, the knife cuts tomatoes into transparent plates without pressing (far from a razor, but sharp enough). A week later - already only 2 minutes for editing (if you do not chop bones on a steel board or some other perversions). For the kitchen - a real find.
- Ease of use and good sharpening quality, really affordable for a housewife. Fast and good result for the kitchen.
- It is a little more difficult to work with the chef (long, and the rods are compact - knives with a blade length of more than 120-140mm require accuracy).
