Great Applicant Tracking System with Keyword Filter Function
I love that you can search for specific keywords in each applicant's profile or resume so its super convenient! You are able build/create custom filters which helps make filtering through resumes faster than searching by keyword only.
The application is pretty intuitive but has some minor bugs here & there (scrolling not smooth). Make sure this app works well if using multiple computers because sometimes when navigating between tabs things don't go smoothly like they should be - especially while scrolling down pages at once instead of just one page per tab-click as intended.- Searching profiles very helpful since many candidates will have similar skillsets within their fields we target specifically such as customer service / sales rep experience etc..
- Its ability to filter applicants with desired qualifications into groups makes it easy navigate your way around different levels, job titles ,and locations quickly without having too much manual work involved.It also keeps track automatically about how long people take applying vs interviewing versus hiring making everything more transparent throughout process from both management perspective AND candidate side ! Great platform overall :)
