Review on Minn Kota 1866670 Bluetooth i-Pilot Link Remote Holding Cradle: Enhanced Convenience and Safety in Boating by Tanner Miller

First of all, this "cradle" is for (and ONLY for) the Minn Kota I-Pilot **LINK** remote control. If you have a Minn Kota engine with I-Pilot link then this bracket will fit. If your engine does NOT have the i-Pilot **Link** option, your remote control is NOT SUITABLE. The control panels for engines with link option have a rectangular shape. Motor brackets without the link option have rounded curved sides. I have no idea what the reviewer means by "newer bloodthirsty version". I have a brand new 2019 Ulterra with i-Link and the remote fits this holder perfectly.
