Review on 🎵 VIZIO SB46514-F6 46-Inch 5.1.4 Premium Dolby Atmos Home Theater Sound System with Wireless Subwoofer, Rear Surround Speakers by Gary Stringfield

I bought this new Vizio Atmos soundbar to replace a $1,700 Samsung Atmos system that didn't once worked out of the box (it refused to stream video.) This Vizio system hooked up to a 2018 Vizio P55-E1 panel and worked right out of the box with no further setup required. ARC, CEC, 4K UHD and HDR Passthru and Atmos Audio from my Xbox One X all worked immediately with no issues. The sound is crisp, clear and can be quite loud. I had to turn the subwoofer level down to almost the minimum in order not to overload my apartment and most likely got evicted. The wireless subwoofers and rear panels worked great without the pairing issues described by others elsewhere. The only downside, if I had to come up with one, is the status indicator LEDs. I actually prefer the Samsung approach (small LED text screen) instead of those many lights that require a manual to translate. Also, the display of the remote control does not always correspond to the actual setup of the soundbar. This is not a two-way remote, so the display only shows you what mode/level you are currently adjusting. Rely on the mobile app instead - once you've completed the initial steps of setup, it works great every time and you no longer need a separate remote control. My Voice: If you're thinking of buying one, don't hesitate. This is a RELIABLE sound system that's fun and sure to fill even a large room with crisp, clear, loud sound. every day now. The latest FW should solve this problem; it is not. Disabling CEC (other than ARC, which I really need) doesn't help, nor does disabling EcoMode, Vizio Remote, or any other even slightly related setting. I'm trying to open an online self-service ticket and the form just hangs in multiple browsers. I'm starting to lose faith in Vizio.
