This printer was the worst printer I have ever owned. First, if you don't use expensive HP branded ink, you run a 50/50 risk of losing money. Second, almost every time we try to print something, it doesn't work. It needs to be powered off, reset, restarted, Wi-Fi reset, setup, etc. It's something different almost every time, so you'll need to spend at least 30 minutes fixing everything to get it working. may be. This last time is the last straw. From the printer side everything was fine. However, the print job will only go round and round. After an hour of examining and checking everything, it turned out that one of the cartridges was empty, although the printer showed no error or low ink. After replacing the ink everything worked. about 2 days. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER unless you plan to pay around $100 for HP inks. Even then there is no guarantee. We still had issues when using genuine HP inks (offline, not connected, printer in use, etc.).
