Some materials shrink a lot
I received one of the 95% cotton/5% spandex shirts and it's loud with a lot of shrinkage after the first wash/dry recommendations . The first time they fit perfectly, but now it's too tight. Others with spandex are great. Beware. The picture shows two medium-sized shirts. pink is new Blue - after a single wash according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
