Review on BLUEROCK by Tim Jolivette

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Poor Quality and Unreliable Products from BLUEROCK, a Big Disappointment

Unfortunately, working with BLUEROCK did not meet my expectations. The tools and equipment I bought from them were of poor quality and unreliable, despite their boasts of unique designs and high standards of excellence. BLUEROCK's dedication to quality had me optimistic, but I was disappointed to see that it wasn't represented in their final offerings. Their instruments were made of fragile materials that often broke, and their designs were unimaginative at best. Actually, I found them to be extremely archaic and devoid of cutting-edge features that would facilitate my work. Furthermore, I found their customer support to be unresponsive and unhelpful when I needed assistance. It seemed as though they had no interest in hearing about my problems or improving their products. Based on my interactions with BLUEROCK's products and support staff, I am unable to give the company my highest recommendation. I wouldn't recommend it if you're on the hunt for top-notch hardware.

Pros
  • makes use of long-lasting components and cutting-edge techniques
Cons
  • There are no brick-and-mortar stores; customers must make their purchases online alone.
