Excellent Phone System With Customer Service

The ease with which I could navigate through their platform is the best thing about this product. It just works! No issues at all in our 20+ years together as clients (we switched 3 times). Nothing that they can't resolve if you reach out to them directly (which we do frequently!). Great team - always willing to help!! Give it try before purchasing anything else. In my experience, nothing major. Honestly, other than some minor training required by users who have never used VOip services or phones prior to working w/ us; there was very little learning curve needed once implemented. I like that we have many options to choose from with different features and pricing plans. The customer service is great as well. I dislike that sometimes you can't change voicemails or emails, and sometimes the system freezes up. It's a good option if you need more than just basic calls. I use this for my small business. It allows me to make calls, send emails, and receive them in one place.

  • Very easy interface , intuitive software.and overall an excellent program !!!! They take care off everything so its seamless..a bit expensive but worth every penny because quality work..receives exceptional attention..great support...superb response time....fast processing...friendly staff
