Be careful if your dog chews any part of this

I like the look but my pup quickly figured out the wooden sticks that fit in the handles and pulled them out to chew. After I stopped her and threw away the chopsticks, she also tried to gnaw holes in the handles. I would have preferred not to have any grips at all to avoid this or stronger material.
