The ability to visualize complex data in simple ways without having technical knowledge about it enables me as a non geotech engineer with no training or experience working directly with this tool can very easily understand the problems we are trying to solve. It's not that easy for someone who has never used any GIS system before but I think once you get into using it its quite intuitive. You have to be patient when learning new things because there isn't much documentation out there yet compared to other more popular tools like QGis etc. We use digimaT mostly for visualization purposes so our clients don't really need all those features they might find useful elsewhere such as editing attributes/layers which would require some coding skills from them if needed.
