Review on Carrand 9038 Compact Folding Squeegee by Daniel Evans

I bought this scraper to use around the house (windows, mirrors and shower glass). I used it on the bathroom mirror for the first time last night and was so disappointed. I actually watched a YouTube video that was basically a review of 10 or more different mops and decided this one best suited my needs. Definitely not. It didn't stay in the "closed" position, so the handle turned sideways when I tried to use the blade on the mirror. After several different attempts I finally gave up and just kept it at the base where the sponge is. The result was even worse. It left so many streaks, made so much noise, and I was beyond annoyed at the moment. I've found that using it sideways instead of up and down seems to mostly eliminate the handle flapping, which makes a bit of sense I think since it's advertised for windshields, but I read all the other reviews, even those that do have owned and loved this scraper in the past, they also seem very disappointed. It looks like they tried to cut costs and ended up with a cheap product. I ended up grabbing my $2 target scraper and ended up with it instead. For me it was definitely a waste of money.
