I was skeptical about buying it due to some negative reviews but I've had it for 3 months now and I use it 4 or 5 times a week and it works great. I'm 63 years old and after moving across the country packing and unpacking 70 cases, my hands hurt so much I couldn't use a manual wine opener. It took a little getting used to because I didn't realize you had to hold the opener and bottle, but once you figure out how to hold them it will be easy.
