very poor quality
One star is too much for this junk. This cutter is so poorly made that it cannot be used. The blades don't go into the socket at the right angle and the blade changing screw just ruins the whole thing. Within 5 minutes of use and subsequent attempt to replace the blade, it became completely stuck in the shaft. I used old speedball cutters, they were well made and still work after years of use.
