Easy setup - just plug in Genki and headphones and you're good to go! Works great with my Galaxy Buds. The sound quality is excellent. Features a USB-C input so you can charge your Switch while using it. Update - only about 2 months old, no longer works (with daily use). Since it's more expensive than other adapters, I figured it would last longer. It was also noted that when connected to a charger, the Switch charges much longer than usual when using the adapter. It goes in the trash can. I suggest trying the HomeSpot Bluetooth Transmitter. While it doesn't have a charging pass-through, it's not as bulky, doesn't slow down, and has fewer connector flexing issues.
