My son likes it! It's amazing to hear it squeak and play with it. It's always kicking the seat and tends to rub its feet on anything and everything, so I knew considering the casters it would be a good choice. Needless to say, it was a good choice! The only downside is that I have to buy some kind of velcro or command strip to keep it in place when he rubs the rollers. He can easily push anything to the side where he can no longer reach. Super soft fabric and various textured fabrics on the penguin. Great for touch games. Haven't had to clean it yet, but I assume it's easy to clean. All in all a great car seat toy!
