The ease to create custom dash boards with multiple reports that are easy customizable by users as per their needs is what I like best about this software! It has been very helpful while managing our call center operations from anywhere remotely or at office itself!! Nothing so far but its good product if you want something simple yet powerful dashboard tool which can be customized easily using drag n drop features then go ahead. You will not regret it once u start working over here :) Real time reporting system helps us manage all calls effectively without any manual intervention required hence we get complete control regarding overall customer satisfaction level across different departments within organization alongwith other metrics too!
