Mostly satisfied and hopeful that other product offerings will lead better
I like most of what they do for us but there are some things we would change if it were possible (but not likely).
We have been using them since 2014 so maybe this is just something new or different now? But at least with our current situation nothing has changed as far as functionality goes - which was great! If you need an additional layer in managing your overall cybersecurity posture then BSR can be helpful here too by providing another level of granularity into assessing risks across all areas/products within your environment. This comes up regularly when working remotely - especially during COVID-19 where everyone's workstations don't always connect directly via VPN connection due to limitations around bandwidth usage.
Pros
- It integrates well enough that almost no effort required
- The customizable dashboard works very nicely, showing only relevant information about threats identified from scans
- They're proactive; their threat intelligence teams identify attacks before others even know such activity exists
