Very weak airflow, or maybe not.

On the highest setting, with my hand in front of the fans, I don't even feel a slight breeze. I can see the fans spinning. I can see the LEDs getting brighter as they go from low to mid to high. But this fan produces almost nothing. In my opinion, this fan is a complete plagiarism.
