Oh my god! i love her, i love her They've been running for seven days now on the same battery that came with it. Even my 81-year-old mother, born in 1939, has learned to deal with it and finds it easy for her. This is a guardian situation that I didn't buy for fun. This is because my mother lives downstairs and she has to contact me if she needs me. We love it and now I talk to her more on CB than I do to her downstairs. We sing, we talk, we tell old stories, and if she needs anything, she turns to me. I looked at different brands and came across this one because of the good reviews. I had a good feeling about them. Heck my husband took one and I kept one for myself and it went a half mile down the road and was still working. I mean, of course, that we feel like kids again, but it's a blessing. My mom no longer calls me 20 times a night from downstairs because she needs something in her own house, she only calls me on CB radio. This gives me more time to myself and makes me less crazy. I love them and would buy them again if I had to.
