I like it! I use it as a night light for my bird cage. My birds tend to screech as soon as the sun comes up. The workaround for this is to cover their cage, but they can still tell when the sunlight is starting to illuminate their lair and will inevitably start screaming at 7:30am. They're also prone to "night terrors" when they don't have a source of light, so keeping them closed has historically done more harm than good. THAT WAS THE SOLUTION! The night light keeps them illuminated enough to see so they don't suffer from night terrors and they can't tell when the sun has come up because there is enough ambient light throughout the night to keep them calm. screaming birds The light itself takes up SIX! AA batteries, enough for 2 weeks of all night work. Not the best battery life, but I'll take it for a full night's rest.
