Never thought kids would actually sit in these chairs but my toy boys use them all the time. They're sturdy enough to be jumped on, used as fortresses, flipped over like caves, and generally used for anything but sitting, as well as sitting and watching toy stories. My only problem is cleaning. You drip water or juice on it and you're done. There is no good way to clean the material and even if you do it will leave a huge stain on the fabric. We've already lost one to spills, so keep that in mind.
