No Velcro. The belt buckle does not fit through the belt loops, the belt buckle must be removed.
Good belt but not strong enough for tactical use. The belt buckle does not go through the belt loops on the pants, you need to remove the buckle every time you put on or take off your belt. There is no Velcro on the strap to attach an extra strap like most tactical straps do.
