Love the idea of arc lighters and have been using them for a few months exclusively. I have about 10 of these from different companies. This is my second favorite design. Pros: Much smaller than most and slightly thinner than my second thinnest. The nodes are raised and tilted outwards. With a flip top, this is the best angle to actually light things up, but many others tilt straight up or to the side. It has a battery charge indicator (there are four indicators). Cons: turns on automatically for about 7 seconds when any button is pressed. I prefer lighters that turn off when you release the button. My favorite brand is the larger and squarer Sipoe lighters. They tend to turn off when you release the button and have a good angle and battery life indicator. This is a reliable arc lighter that lives up to the name "minimalism" without sacrificing the characteristics of other arc lighters.
