Part of the digits on the watch display began to cause problems after 4 months of use. I have contacted iHome support many times and did exactly what they asked and they said they would send a replacement but nothing. They said to put an X through the label and a second time CRF15 on the label but then they just disappear and don't respond. I'm frustrated that the clock isn't working properly and I'm ready to go back to my old clock radio that worked flawlessly for years. Even more disappointing is iHome's support/customer service (lacking). Since the original picture was taken, more numbers have disappeared. DO NOT BUY. The manufacturer does not assume any guarantee!
