and it's good if he's just standing in one place

He gets the sanitation inspector's approval and it's ok if he's just sitting in one place. The first time I tried it I filled it up, grabbed the handle and the handle came off and spilled water on my counter. Very cheaply made. We still use it, we just keep it in one place! If you have to carry it around all day, don't buy it!
