Great looking but not very good quality

I've been wearing it for about 2 months and it started breaking my neck completely. I wear my necklaces every day because they are real gold but something about it just broke me completely, it itches like hell, I took it. After 2 weeks the rash disappeared, there was no itching. I just put it on yesterday and that did it, it's already super super itchy and rash all over my neck but worse on one side.
