A great way to make forearms work
I love the product, it really works, I am kind of big, 6'2" 250 pounds and strong build, and my friends notice that my forearms look thicker and stronger, some have asked me what I have been doing to get them like this.
Some people complain about you getting used to the device and that it eventually becomes easy, for you I recommend, twitch the way you use it, do really fast sets, hold it bent for as long as you can hold, do a lot of reps, a lot of sets, rest for a week and then come back, it really works!
