Great kitchen tool for fish
If you cook a lot of fish, you know it can be difficult to turn the fish so it doesn't fall apart. This spatula is amazing and will last a lifetime. It's so well made and beautiful. The only thing I will notice is that it's a bit thicker than other fish spatulas I've used, meaning it's stiffer and might be a little more likely to injure the fish if you're not careful.
