This is the second time I have purchased a refurbished/updated Apple product (the first was a MacBook Pro) and I could never tell the difference determine between new and refurbished. This iPad came in a box with plenty of padding sealed in plastic inside another box and arrived 2 days after ordering. The charger was also packaged in a sealed bag. There are no cosmetic flaws anywhere. Maybe the new iPad comes with instructions? That would be the only thing missing here. Very happy with this purchase. 30% off Apple products make it a reasonable price!
