The technical and software issues with their devices will not be of interest to technical help. The ability to link a vacuum cleaner to a smart home just vanished in August. The vacuum cleaner has been in regular use for a year. Before buying, have this in mind. There is no conversation with the corporation; instead, it merely disregards user messages.
