Original and replacement cords broke after 2 months
Bought with very high expectations but it stopped working after only 2 months. Maybe it was just my device that failed, but I'm still very disappointed. I really hope they honor their warranty and send a replacement. Update: Customer service was fantastic and they replaced my cable for free. However, even the replacement cable that was sent to me stopped working after just a few months. I usually keep this cable on my desk so I don't know why or how it wears out again so quickly. I will contact support again and update.
