Review on Cuisipro 4 Cup Gravy/Fat Separator by Courtney Ellis

Every year, and sometimes twice a year, I butcher a large turkey (or two) in a large pot and brew soup stock for the winter. Straining the broth and skimming the fat has always been slow and messy. This separator is large and the outlet is in the middle of the bottom where it should be. The top part leans back, leaving a large hole for pouring out the sifted broth. The trigger for releasing good material from below works smoothly and easily. It doesn't leak. I love this divider! Large or small portions, broth or sauce, this separator makes the process clean and easy. The best thing since sliced bread, a microwave and air conditioning. Did I mention I love him?
