I've been using Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder for a long time. I like double rich chocolate. But I switched to casein because I think slow release is much better for metabolic balance (check out Dr. Jason Fang's How We Gain Weight blog for real info on that). I love skipping lunch, so I need something to get me through the day. This is great thing! One scoop is enough for me from breakfast to dinner. I like almost everything about this material. I don't understand the reviews how difficult it is to mix it up. It's harder to mix than whey protein, but I shake it vigorously and it mixes completely. I suspect people don't like the thick smoothie that comes out, but I find it more like a milkshake and love it. There are also reviews that it is too cute. I could agree with them. For my taste I would have liked a little more dark chocolate and less sweetness, which is actually the only reason why I don't give five stars. It's more expensive than the serum, but it's worth it to me.
