Saves space and works well.
Great space saver. It also eliminates the need to buy new phone chargers, USB cables are much cheaper. The only drawback is the light blue night lighting. If it's not in the bedroom it probably won't be a problem, but for some people it will be too bright at night (in the bedroom). It comes with its own screw and simply installs in place of the fixed screw. your existing outlet. I suppose you can leave your original plate or remove it, but I left mine in place. Just keep the original screw in case you move it to another location later.
