For those who have trouble setting the sensitivity level, READ THIS
For the first step, do this: Press and hold the unlock button for 6 seconds. During those 6 seconds, you'll see the blue light around the lock icon turn on, turn off, and then turn on again (you'll also hear a few sounds, but they're not important). If the blue light comes back on after 6 seconds, you're in business. Now you can follow instructions 2 to 4. That's it.
