This multi cooker is life. You want that pot. With low, high and warm settings, what more could you ask for. You can leave it on low and go somewhere and then come back and have your soup or chili, or turn it on high and steam some BBQ pork or fry up some salsa chicken tacos. I can not cook. That's why the slow cooker does it for me. You would have to leave it for a very long time to burn anything. (Stir from time to time) I don't have an oven or those four-eyed things that appear above. But the slow cooker can heat up my spaghetti sauce when my pasta is done and then hold it all until I'm ready to eat. You can even bake lasagna in it if you have the patience to wait for the cheese to melt. Just don't open the lid while it's working, it's magic. This will release all good heat spirits and make you wait longer. I love you, clay pot. You never let me down
