Review on Smartphone Nothing Phone (1) 8/256 GB, Dual nano SIM, white by Stanislaw Komorowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product suited me, I will recommend it to my friends.

The Samsung Galaxy S21FE, which is reliable but unremarkable, is a direct competitor to this phone. The Korean model costs the same as the other, but it features a higher-quality screen (LTPO), a faster CPU (SD 888), an IP68 classification for water and dust resistance, and superior cameras. It is possible to select Nothing Phone (1) due to its unconventional appearance and its personal dedication to Karl Pei. It is very evident that neither the hype nor the pathos worked in the company's favor. People acquired conventional phones with flashing lights attached to the back of them rather than contemplating how they should use their phones, establishing their own environment, and taking a fresh approach. There was no inconsistency with the real world in this regard: - You cannot revolutionize user experience by creating a phone on an operating system that imposes on the user the experience that you are attempting to change. - You cannot come up with anything completely unique while still remaining within the constraints of the medium market price range. A quick glance at the early sketches of the Nothing Phone (1) and the Nothing Ears (1) is all that is required to recognize that the final product represents a significant trade-off between ideals and limitations imposed by the manufacturing process. - You can't make your own ecology, so don't even try. In order to accomplish this, you will need a scale that assumes the participation of a number of different parties and standards. There is nothing that comes close to being comparable to Essential by Andy Rubin. The same objective, along with the same ideas and fundamentals. Where can I find Essential at this time? (Answer: Bankrupt, assets bought out by Nothing).

Pros
  • a bright OLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. - Virtually unadulterated version of Android, free from predominance of manufacturer-installed apps and customizations - Wireless charging with the option to charge from the opposite direction - The rear panel has an unusual aspect (the white version of the car presents it in a more favorable light), - Good NFC module. Simply raising the phone to your ear will suffice as a method of payment; there is no need to position it at a specific proximity. - A nice blend of hardware that is pragmatic (given that you do not play games on mobile devices). - There is a shiny film on the phone that was applied at the factory.
Cons
  • - The picture and sound quality of the movies and photos. In this case, questions should be directed toward the software rather than the hardware. They make an effort to resolve issues using ates (I am currently using version 1.1.6), but the ideal is still a ways off. This screen does not support LTPO. It is either limited to 120Hz or 60Hz - Wooden vibration motor, as it is unable to dynamically vary the refresh rate. After using an iPhone, you will want to power down your computer and keep it that way forever. - No eSim support. A non-issue, but it's something I'd want to see in today's smartphones. - There is no protection against water; only protection against dust and splashes (IP53). At a minimum, I'd want to see an IP67 rating. - The ability to recognize faces is merely for show. Only functions on the camera itself. When the conditions are favorable, it is able to carry out its intended purpose; nevertheless, when the lighting is inadequate, the process results in the production of flour. It came to my attention that when MirPay was on, the face recognition feature began to hang and did not function properly, regardless of whether the phone was unlocked or not. After disabling the facial recognition feature, the issue was no longer an issue. - The lack of any important advances, which, after such a large amount of excitement, you might have expected to see. A color LED indicator on the front of the device would have made my experience much more satisfying.
