I have been wearing flat front black chinos to work for over a decade, and have gone through dozens of brands and styles. These are by far my favorite ones that I have ever owned.They are extremely comfortable, They are stretchy enough that you don't have to worry about tearing out the crotch getting in out of your car every day, but they don't look like spandex either.The fabric is decent quality and holds up well to multiple washing but does eventually wear out, I generally buy 2 pairs a year and they hold up for about a 9 months to a year before starting to look like its time to retire them. They are a bit baggy in the thigh and rear area but that may just be the bigger sizes too.My only complaint is that I wished they lasted a bit longer, before fading and showing wear, I would like to be able to get 18-24 months out of them instead of 9-12.
