Review on Hario V60 Ceramic Coffee Dripper Size 02 - White: A Superior Brewing Experience by Rachel Cooper

This product is a filter holder for draft coffee. The description never said I need to buy and use Hario filters which are unavailable and expensive in my area. I'm in the so-called coffee product capital, which means this would be a ridiculous purchase if I knew about it. So I have to collect dozens of Melitta filters I just bought from Revain. After that they still don't fit properly. The filter holder also prevents the operator from seeing the coffee going into the cup, so you have to take it out several times during filtering to check it, or it will overflow - very annoying and ineffective. I have now been told that I may have to pay a restocking and shipping fee to return it. If I had found this in a store I would not have bought it. We have 2 Hario products and we really like them, but this is a bad coffee filter and I don't want it.
