Review on Enhanced SIIG 1-Port USB Over IP (ID-DS0611-S1) by Kenneth Harris

I bought this device to turn the Realtek SDR chipset into a remote station. It doesn't work for this application. The block is visible but not connected. I've tested it with multiple webcams - some work, some don't. The streaming devices seem to hit the mark. Drivers are software that must run at startup, so it's not a seamless experience. That being said, the device was easy to install and worked great in tests with an external USB hard drive. I recommend this device for correct use.
