I used this product with my husband to transport unusually heavy bedroom furniture to the garage for finishing work. These bracelets work, but the stress they put on the inside of the forearms can be very damaging. I have minor tendon tears from using them and putting too much stress on my arms. To transport the furniture back into the house I couldn't use these straps as my hands were injured. I used the shoulder straps and crossed the bottom to secure it. It worked without damaging the shoulder. I wouldn't recommend these shoulder straps as they technically work but the load can overload your arms.
