Great fit, warm and cozy!
I tried this and the pant version (Cuddl Duds Women's Fleece Wear with Stretch Leggings, Black, Plus Size) in both sizes. The shirt fit perfectly (although the sleeves are a bit longer) but the pants were too big for me in the middle. I'm 5'10, 150lbs, US dress size 10, bra size 34FF [UK], and there was plenty of room in the shirt. She is warm and cosy! (I am sending back the medium pants.)
