Item arrived warped at first. It came in a cardboard box with no other protective packaging other than a plastic bag so it probably cracked quite a bit in transit. I knew we were in for trouble as soon as I picked up the box and felt it pounding inside. paper without slipping into the slot underneath. It's due to poor design/construction. The slots look like they're only attached to the frame on the sides, not the bottom back of each slot, resulting in a fairly large gap in the back for a decent stack of paper to slide down and either get stuck in between the slots. or fall to the levels below. It's very tiring to find sites that fail because of the narrow gaps between slots. You'll have to use a file folder or something else to add some thickness or hold whatever you want to store in this thing. It looks really good on the wall if we level it as much as possible. He's still not quite upright against the wall. Just be aware that if you're organizing files or paper instead of magazines, you'll have to deal with space.
