BiG PLUS - they are so easy to connect and manage. After playing around with them all you have to do is tap 1, 2 or 3 times what you want to do, 1 volume up/down, 2 play/pause, 3 next track/previous track, right ear, volume up/ Play/next track, left ear, volume down/pause/previous track (of course you can also use your hearing aid to follow all the instructions above), but if I can remember these instructions after 3 minutes, anyone can. I'm really shocked at the quality of these headphones they need expensive brand names when they're equally good but save over $150. IMPRESSIVE! I'm giving this to my kids for Christmas this year! so so so happy
