Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. That is absolutely right. I've tried privacy screens in the past, mostly film ones, I think it was the Galaxy S4. It was dark, indistinct, difficult to see. Well many years ago I think the quality and design of this glass is leaps and bounds now than it was in the past. It serves me well for privacy reasons. From the person standing next to me holding my phone at chest level you can see it's just a black screen. To compare it to a blank screen with no privacy, this screen protector appears darker in terms of clarity. No comparison, serves a different purpose. And now, the consensus is that it still serves as a shield. Application is so easy with the included applicator frame. It's so hard to miss. Includes wet and dry wipes, 3 cups total!
